A Message from Our Founder

Welcome to We Impact Neighborhoods (W.I.N.).

For many years, I have had a heart for serving others through ministry and community outreach. While helping families in need, I saw firsthand the struggles many people face with food insecurity, financial hardship, and the lack of access to essential resources. Those experiences planted the seeds for what would become We Impact Neighborhoods.

My vision for W.I.N. became even more personal when my own family experienced the challenges that come with having a loved one incarcerated. I witnessed not only the impact incarceration has on the individual, but also the emotional, financial, and practical burdens carried by the families left behind. I understand what it feels like to worry about a loved one's future, to pray for restoration, and to hope they will have the support needed to successfully rebuild their life after returning home.

That experience changed my perspective. I realized that true community transformation means serving people at every stage of life's journey—not only by meeting immediate needs such as food and clothing, but also by helping individuals overcome barriers, restore hope, and successfully transition back into society.

We Impact Neighborhoods was created because I believe every person deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity for a fresh start. Whether we are providing meals to a family experiencing hardship, connecting someone with community resources, or supporting individuals returning from incarceration, our mission remains the same: to strengthen communities by empowering people to build stable, healthy, and productive lives.

I invite you to join us.

Together, we can make a lasting difference—one family, one neighborhood, and one life at a time.
